My Segway Experience requires 48 hours notice for tour rescheduling. Any guest who fails to show for a reservation or fails to give proper notice of cancellation, will be charged the full payment amount.
Segway Personal Transporters are all-weather, so tours run rain or shine. There are NO REFUNDS unless a tour is cancelled by Segway Experience of Chicago. If you have purchased tickets and are unable to make the tour, please contact My Segway Experience to make special arrangements.
